Chris today met the new Chief Executive of the Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Trust, Paula Clark, at Russell's Hall hospital, to discuss the recent Care Quality Commission report.
Chris, who was joined at the meeting by Graeme Brown, Prospective Conservative MP for neighbouring Dudley North, said, "We had a very productive meeting with Paula. We discussed factors affecting healthcare in the West Midlands, the big issues at Russell's Hall, and her plans to respond to the concerns raised by the Care Quality Commission. She certainly isn't trying to ignore the issues raised by the Care Quality Commission and I hope that next time they report on Russell's Hall, they will have much more positive things to say."
